DELIVERY

My Wine Direct facilitates the shipment of wine directly to you, the wine buyer.

  1. How long do I have to wait to receive my order and who will deliver it?

Our warehouse uses a specialised wine delivery network to deliver your goods direct to your door, office or post box. The service is most efficient and allows for a signature to be gained upon delivery, offering you peace of mind that the goods are going to be received at your nominated address by an identifiable person.

If you choose to have the goods delivered to your home and you have not given prior instructions for delivery and you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox that will refer you to your local courier to collect the goods. The post office will keep your goods safe and sound until you are able to collect them (they will be held for a maximum of 14 days).

Delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address and which Winery you ordered wine from. As a guide, the following delivery times apply:

    For delivery... Working Days
    Same State Other State
    Between the metropolitan area of a capital city and a country location 3 - 6 6 - 10
    Between country locations 4 - 7 7 - 14

Our warehouse will dispatch your order within 2 working days before the delivery time is effective.

Please note: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays.

If you have any questions about delivery of an order, please contact us.

  2. Can wine be sent to countries other than Australia?

Unfortunately "no", we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside Australia. Wine is heavy and quite delicate to deliver which makes delivery costs for international orders prohibitively expensive . we recommend contacting a local supplier in the relevant country.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  1. What are your delivery charges?

There is a $5 per carton charge for Delivery within the Perth CBD. A calculated delivery charge will apply to other destinations.
