How do I find wines on your website?

To look for a specific wine, you will need to enter the full name of the wine that you are after on the Product Search bar which will appear on every page on the site (left hand side)

If you are unsure about the name of the wine, you can search for wines through our Product Search bar which appears on the left panel, on all the pages. Using that, you can search for wines by wine type, price and region. Select your preferred variety, region and price range and the website will pull up all the products that match your request. Alternatively, we suggest selecting White, Red, Sparkling etc. under Variety as it will bring up a comprehensive list of all the products that we promote in those categories.

ORDERING

How do I buy wines on your website?

It's easy!

First browse the various catalogues to view the wines available, tasting notes and prices, choose your desired product and quantity, and select 'BUY NOW' to add to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will appear on your screen and give you the option to 'Continue Shopping', 'Remove Product', 'Update Totals' or 'Check Out'. Once you have made your final selection of wines you are ready to 'Check out'.

The pages that follow relate to billing details and shipping information. The last page will be the payment page and you will notice that there is a padlock at the bottom right hand corner of the page. This indicates that the page is secured and whatever information that you are entering will be securely encrypted. Once your payment details are entered, please press the 'ORDER NOW!' button which processes your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you simultaneously to confirm your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their ordering experience. If you would rather have personal assistance in placing your order, please contact us. Of course we will need verification of your proof of age.

Is there a minimum quantity of bottles required for every order?

Yes - A minimum of 12 bottles.

Can I pick and mix between various Winemakers?

At this stage only pre-selected Mixed Dozens are available for sale. Some of our mixed dozens comprise of a selection of wines from a number of our suppliers, others are from a single winemaker (a variety of reds and whites) and have been packaged up for sale.

Further down the track and as demand requires we may offer the opportunity of self selection of mixed dozens.

Will wine be substituted if the stock listed runs out?

The next vintage will be supplied should the advertised wine no longer be available. We may offer a substitute wine if it is the same quality, type and price but this will not be done without seeking your approval first. If this is not suitable to you, we will arrange immediate credit back to your originally debited card. In the case of a mixed dozen, we may substitute the wine with one of similar variety and quality. We will always try to reach you first, if a change needs to be made for any reason at all.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes . an order confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your order. If an order is placed over the phone a confirmation number will be provided at the time the order is placed.

REGISTRATION

Do I have to be a registered user to buy wines through your site?

No, however we encourage you to register so that you may enjoy the added benefits of:-

  1. Quick check-out - no need to enter your details each time you order (apart from payment method)
  2. View past orders
  3. View past delivery addresses

I would like to register on your website. How do I do that?

If you would like to register on our site all you need do is login through 'My Account' (on the left hand side of the website).

What information is in 'My Account'?

Your personal 'My Account' information is to make future ordering easier. There are 2 key things:

  1. Your shipping and billing preferences, so you don't have to re-enter them each time you order. You can even maintain multiple shipping addresses if that is more convenient for you.
  2. Your order history in case you want to select a past favorite and stock up before supplies run out.

I'm having trouble registering and can't seem to remember my user id and password. What should I do?

If you have logged into the site with us before, upon purchase:

  1. Your user id is your email address you registered when you purchased online.
  2. If you have forgotten your password (hint: it's a minimum of 6 characters including one numeric) then click on 'forgotten password' add your Email address and we will Email you a temporary password. Once you get this, copy it and go into 'My Account', paste it to login to your account. It's best if you update it then with one that is easier for you to remember.

What happens to my personal information?

Your privacy is respected. We do not sell, rent, loan, or transfer any personal information regarding customers to any unrelated third parties.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Diners Club and American Express. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment.

How secure are my credit card details?

We guarantee that every transaction you make through this site will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorised charges are made to your card as a result of shopping through this site.

For peace of mind, look for the padlock (on the bottom right hand side of your screen) when you are in the payment section of our site - this is confirmation that you are in a secure encrypted environment.

PRODUCTS

Can I order a wine that is not listed on your website?

No. Throughout the year we do add new wines including special promotions. Sometimes a previously listed wine is removed from the site due to stock no longer unavailable.

The product delivered to me is faulty, what do I do?

Please call us.

Carriers (e.g. Australia Post) have strict guidelines for the transportation of wines to ensure the winemaker.s product gets to you in good condition. If they identify damaged stock (e.g. leaking carton) prior to delivery to your door, Australia Post will normally contact the supplier for further instruction.

LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT FOR ORDERING

It is important that all purchasers are aware of the Liquor Control Reform Act which states:-

'Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. It is also an offence for a licensee to supply or permit liquor to be supplied to a person under the age of 18 years'

The purchaser must provide, under penalty of perjury, confirmation that they are at least 18 years old when they order wines through this site.
